Barking, lunging, freezing, staring, pulling, or struggling around dogs, people, vehicles, or sudden movement.
Support for fear, reactivity, aggression and overwhelm.
Behaviour support is for owners who need more than generic tips. We start by understanding what is driving the behaviour, then build a safer, clearer plan for your dog and your household.
The goal is not just to stop the behaviour. The goal is to understand what your dog is struggling with.
Fear, reactivity, aggression, overarousal, and household conflict need careful assessment. Suppressing the behaviour without understanding the pattern can make owners feel stuck and dogs feel less safe.
Dogs who hide, retreat, panic, refuse handling, shut down, or struggle with visitors and new environments.
Growling, snapping, biting, guarding, conflict, or behaviour that has started to feel unsafe.
Tension around space, people, food, toys, doorways, rest areas, or daily routines.
Dogs who escalate quickly, cannot settle, struggle to disengage, or remain activated for too long.
Barking, rushing, jumping, guarding space, or difficulty coping when people enter the home.
Behaviour support starts with an assessment.
Behaviour cases need context before training decisions are made. The assessment helps us understand history, triggers, safety, body language, recovery, environment, and what has already been tried.
Required first. Questionnaire must be completed before the onsite assessment.
10 follow-up sessions if we proceed after assessment. Assessment does not count as session 1.
You can book the assessment without committing to a package. If the questionnaire has been reviewed and assessment planning has started, SGD 150 is retained for cancellation and SGD 200 is refunded.
Behaviour plans should make the dog safer, not just quieter.
I look at recovery time, body tension, ability to disengage, trigger intensity, and whether the dog understands what to do instead. The plan should help the owner act earlier and the dog cope better.

What behaviour support may include
Every case is different, but behaviour plans usually combine safety, management, skills, recovery, and owner coaching.
Reduce rehearsal, manage distance, control access, and create routines that prevent predictable blow-ups.
Change how the dog experiences difficult situations while building the ability to disengage and recover.
Know when to create space, when to pause, when to reward, and when the dog is no longer coping.
How behaviour support works
Complete the questionnaire
After confirming the assessment, you complete the questionnaire so I can review relevant history and materials.
Onsite assessment
We look at the dog, environment, triggers, safety concerns, and what daily life currently looks like.
Build the first plan
We prioritise safety, reduce rehearsal, set realistic goals, and decide what to work on first.
Continue with sessions if suitable
You can book assessment without committing to a package. Further sessions are planned after the assessment.
Good fit for owners who need a serious but humane plan.
- You want a careful explanation of what may be driving the behaviour.
- You need structure, safety, and practical steps at home.
- You are willing to complete the questionnaire and participate in the process.
When another route may be better
I do not take separation anxiety cases. If the case is outside my scope, I will be clear rather than forcing it into the wrong service.
Clear answers before you enquire.
Can I book only the assessment?
Yes. You can book the assessment without committing to a package.
Does the assessment count as session one?
No. The assessment is separate and does not count as the first training session.
What if I cancel before the onsite assessment?
If I have reviewed the questionnaire and started assessment planning, SGD 150 is retained as an administrative fee and the remaining SGD 200 is refunded.
Can I reschedule?
Rescheduling at least 1 day before the appointment has no rescheduling fee. Late rescheduling may incur a SGD 50 fee.
Start with the pattern, not more pressure.
